Programming FrameworkThe Multicultural Resource Center provides many programs and opportunities for students, faculty and staff to explore the issues of diversity and multiculturalism. Our staff also work with a number of other departments across campus to provide an environment where students can succeed. Our approach to programming is based on the "Tri-Sector Cultural Practioners Model. [1]" According to this model, effective cultural programming involves the use of educational, social, and developmental approaches created through a cultural lens. [1] Jenkins, T. & Walton, C.
