Kim calls the Washington Metropolitan (DMV) area home, more specifically Sterling, VA. She has been in multicultural affairs and higher education for over 10 years and enjoys working with students. Prior to coming to Charlotte, Kim served as the Associate Director of ALANA Services at Loyola University Maryland for 6 years and as the Assistant Director of the Center for Multicultural Student Services at James Madison University (JMU) for three years.
Regena first joined the Niner Nation Family as an undergraduate student, studying Psychology. After receiving her Master's of Education in Higher Education Administration at UNC Greensboro, Regena returned to serve UNC Charlotte in the Undergraduate Admissions office. Regena has been with the Multicultural Resource Center since the fall of 2009 and has been responsible for creating the Let's Talk About It Series, supervising the Multicultural Student Council, growing the Women of Color Prog
Rachael is a first-time North Carolina resident. Prior to coming to Charlotte, Rachael resided in Cortland, New York where she served as a Residence Hall Director and the Interim Assistant Director for the Multicultural Life and Diversity Office at SUNY Cortland. Rachael received her Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood/Childhood Education and her Master's of Science in Education in English as a Second Language from SUNY Cortland, where she also studied Spanish.
